Mirabelle Culinary Vacations invites you to immerse yourself in a luxury foodie retreat. Stay at Mirabelle for a long weekend and enjoy master cooking classes with some of the finest chefs on the East Coast while staying at a gorgeous and relaxing venue in one of the 7 bedroom suites.

Explore the hot Portland foodie scene and learn new cuisines and culinary techniques in a relaxed setting with your chef instructor. Lay out by the pool, enjoy yoga on the lawn, or read a book by the fire in between activities.

Go home refreshed, invigorated and with a new set of cooking skills and edible keepsakes.

How do I sign up?

Sign up by calling us or through Eventbrite. Email us and we can help you decide on the best time to come to Mirabelle.

Who are the chefs?

Changes all the time as we are adding chefs on a daily basis.
All are extremely talented.

Do I need to be an expert?

No. Basic skills is helpful but you don’t need to be an expert, just an enthusiast!

What is the cost?

Depending on the room and the chef, $1200-$2000 per person for the weekend.

Cancellation policy?

Refund is available if you cancel 2 weeks or more prior to class, one class and one night’s stay deposit due at booking.

Do I have to stay at the estate to take part in the classes?

No, you can sign up for just the day. Check the calendar for openings or email us for a full update.

What do I need to bring for the classes?

We provide everything but if you want to bring along your favorite apron or chef’s knife we can store for you at your station.

What do I need to wear for the classes?

We suggest all students wear comfortable closed toe shoes and to bring a long sleeve shirt and hat in case class is taught outdoors. We will always let you know in advance if we’re planning on teaching outside, weather permitting of course.

Can I bring friends and book the whole venue?

Yes, we are happy to have a private chef camp. There are 7 bedroom suites, sleeps 14+ so if you can fill the rooms, it is all yours!
