Shannon Bard is New England’s wonder woman! Innovative chef and restaurateur, head instructor of Mirabelle House, competitor, wife, and mother of four.
With features in Bon Appetit Magazine, Maine Magazine, DownEast Magazine, New Hampshire Magazine, and Portland Magazine, it’s no wonder she has two top restaurants, Zapoteca in Portland, ME and Mixteca in Durham, NH.
Besides authentic and innovative Mexican cuisine, Chef Bard is a master of of French, Spanish, Italian, American and all things seafood.
Michele is a celebrity chef who hails from New England. She has appeared on Chopped, 24 Hour Restaurant Battle, Next Food Network Star, and Food Fighters.
Her expertise is in Italian, Greek, Portuguese, and Spanish cuisine. Michele has cooked in New York City, Maine, and currently serves as the Executive chef at Central House at The Crown in Provincetown Massachusetts on Commercial St.
Cara grew up making Shanghainese classics but her training is far more global. Working in kitchens from Berkeley to Paris to Versailles to Singapore, her strive for the perfect bite has been achieved all over the world.
After returning to the US in 2011, Cara opened Tao Yuan in Brunswick, Maine with her mother and as the chef owner, she’s bringing contemporary Asian fusion to the coast of Vacationland.
